A man in Scottsdale, Arizona was caught on video passing racist remarks and was fired by his company shortly after.

The incident unfolded when two black men, Dre Abram, and his friend, were shooting a podcast for their YouTube channel. They were filming in a neighborhood in Old Town Scottsdale.

The man called Paul Ng is seen approaching them in a video while Abram asks him why he’s coming towards them and if there is an issue.

Ng replies by asking them what they’re taking pictures of, to which Abram responds that it’s none of his business.

Ng was also reported taking pictures of the two men. He claimed he took pictures of them and their license plate because he was suspicious of their activity. He further explained that there is usually little to no people out in this neighborhood at that particular time of the morning.

Arizona Man Arrested and Fired From JobIn the video, Ng tells the men that they’ve had issues in the neighborhood before too. Abram confronts him, asking him why he’s taking pictures of them if he doesn’t know them. He also proceeded to ask him if he knew that there have been a lot of incidents of white men being racist all across the world.

Ng responds to this by stating that he’s a racist and that this is a no (N-word) zone. Shortly afterward, Ng was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct.

As reported by KPNX, he feels that it was wrong of him to make those comments and he is intending to plead guilty.

In an interview with the police, he claims that he was taking pictures for the safety of his neighborhood as he thought this was suspicious activity. Abram has explained that he was shooting a video for his viewers as he had newly moved to Scottsdale.

He continues to explain that he posted the video of Ng’s racist remarks on Instagram because he believes that this kind of behavior is not acceptable anymore and should not be tolerated under any circumstances.

Paul Ng was then fired from his workplace. He worked at Russ Lyon Sotheby’s Real Estate Agency. They criticized his behavior in their public statement and announced that his license has been revoked because they do not tolerate racism.
