For the second time in two months, Conor McGregor has been reported to have instigated a violent incident. This time an Italian DJ and his wife have claimed that the former UFC Champion assaulted DJ Francesco Facchinetti, at a party on Sunday. The first time was during the VMAs red carpet when McGregor was taped while throwing a drink at rapper Machine Gun Kelly.
Conor McGregor is reportedly in Rome, Italy, on vacation for his five-month-old Rian McGregor’s christening. The couple DJ Francesco Facchinetti and his wife Wilma said on their social media that they were with Conor McGregor and his wife Dee Devlin until late on Sunday morning.
“I took a punch for nothing. That punch could go to anyone. My friends, my wife, or other friends. That’s why I decided to sue Conor McGregor.
Rome: Italian DJ accuses Conor McGregor of punching and breaking his nose because he is a violent and dangerous person.” said Facchinetti about Conor McGregor, via a translation of the text on his post.
Facchinetti’s wife Wilma continued to say, “The first thing that came to mind was, ‘Are we kidding? Is it a show?’ Then I was paralyzed. I turned around and saw that his friends were holding him against the wall because he wanted to continue beating Francesco.” She also added onto her post the date of McGregor’s stay in the country, and advised people to stay away from him because he is “an unstable and dangerous person.”
There has been no response or comeback via Conor McGregor or his representatives about either the incident or the alleged lawsuit.
Mcgregor was seen on the streets of Rome on October 14. After arriving he wrote on Twitter, “It’s great to see Italy, and especially Rome, on its feet strong and vibrant and energetic and Italian silk on the skin, is it butter, no it’s McGregor and the Italians. Italia 🇮🇹 ❤️” Conor McGregor and his wife were spotted at the Sistine Chapel 2 days ago.
