It’s the ‘Grease’ night at Dancing With The Stars – Grease is a 1978 classic, musical movie, starring  Olivia Newton-John and John Travolta.

In this episode, all the contestants chose to move a leg on the famous songs of the movie. While the night was filled with fun performances, the night’s ending was not a very happy ending.

While Kloots, who is praised for her amazing techniques in the whole season, remained just a single point away from getting the season’s very first perfect 40. However, Derek Hough somehow managed to convince the judges with his performance to get the first perfect score of the season. Apart from this, one of the most talented contestants and a YouTuber, Olivia Jade found herself in the bottom 2 regardless of her breathtaking performances.

Amanda Kloots performance was one of the best of the night. The duo, Amanda and Alan Bertsman dance on a very emotional yet very lively song ‘Beauty School Dropout.’ The catch was that the song wasn’t played on the record, but was sung live by  Frankie Avalon – Frenchie’s guardian angel in the original Grease movie. Following the performance, the judges were swooned away by the magical performance of the duo. Although Hough was impressed by Kloots leg extensions, he didn’t give her a perfect 10, which kept Kloots from getting the perfect score of the season.

On the other hand, regardless of getting 39, Kloots still had the highest scores for the night. However,  the first same-sex duo of the season, Jojo Siwa and Jenna Johnson impressed the judges by their performance on “Look At Me, I’m Sandra Dee (Reprise),” and got the season’s first perfect 40. While all the dance performances were a treat to the eyes, Olivia Jade found herself in the bottom 2 with Melanie C. As both the contestants waited for the results nervously by the end of the night, Goodman, who had the final vote, that will save one contestant and eliminate the other said, “Don’t let success go to your head, and don’t let disappointment go to your heart,” before voting. Finally, he voted for Olivia Jade, which meant that Melaine C was eliminated.
