After three years away, Jennifer Lawrence will be back on the big screen and her sass is still the same.
In the Late Show with Stephen Colbert, Jennifer Lawrence was invited to talk about her upcoming film, ‘Don’t Look up’.
During the conversation about the movie and her personal life, she candidly revealed her sex life as well.
The X-Men: Dark Phoenix actor and mom-to-be, Jennifer Lawrence, announced her pregnancy from her first child this September, with her husband Cooke Marney. She was also asked about her break from acting on the show.
The host, Stephen Colbert asked her, “What did you do? Did you have fun? What did you do for the last three years?”
To this, Lawrence’s reply was straight up to the point and in her usual classic J Law style.
While nodding Jokingly she said, “I just had a ton of sex.”
After the pregnancy announcement, the Red Sparrow actress proudly showed off her baby bump on the red carpet and at the Don’t Look Up premiere. However, both she and her husband have decided to stay low-key about the pregnancy.
In a recent interview last month with Vanity Fair, Lawrence talked about how she wants to keep her child’s life private. She said, “grateful and excited to become a mum.”
She further explained her views and added, “If I was at a dinner party, and somebody was like, ‘Oh, my God, you’re expecting a baby,’ I wouldn’t be like, ‘God, I can’t talk about that. Get away from me, you psycho!’ But every instinct in my body wants to protect their privacy for the rest of their lives, as much as I can.”
“I don’t want anyone to feel welcome into their existence,” she explained. “And I feel like that just starts with not including them in this part of my work.”
