Earlier on Nov. 30, Josh Duggar’s trial for alleged child pornography began. After only a few days in court, a number of Duggar family members have already appeared.

Nearly seven months have passed since Josh, 33, was arrested and accused of receiving and having evidence relating to child sexual abuse. To the charges, he has pleaded not guilty.

The former 19 Kids and Counting star, who previously faced allegations of child molestation, has been alleged of downloading files showing child sex abuse on May 14th, 15th,  and 16th of 2019 while working at a used car dealership in Arkansas. Authorities suspect Josh Duggar had over 200 obscene photos of youngsters on his computer at the time.

According to a news statement from the Attorney’s Office, Josh faces a maximum sentence of 40 years in prison and a maximum punishment of $250,000 for each of the two accusations against him.
