Keith Urban still leaves Nicole Kidman breathless with his boyish charm!
The 54 years old actress revealed in a talk show that she was still lit up by the mere mention of her husband’s name and that the moment they first met, she knew he was the one she wants to spend the rest of her life with.
Nicole Kidman appeared on The Tonight Show virtually and talked profusely about her country rock star husband Keith Urban with whom she has two daughters.
Jimmy Fallon, the host of the show asked the actress “when did Keith Urban first sweep you off your feet? When did you know?” she replied with a sheepish grin “he sat on the stoop of my New York apartment. I came out at 5 am, and it was my birthday, and he had flowers. And that was it. I was a goner.”
She further recalled, all I managed to say was “yes I’ll marry you!”
Jimmy Fallon congratulated the couple who celebrated their 15th wedding anniversary this June. Kidman and Urban have 2 daughters Sunday Rose who is 13 and Faith Margaret who is 10. The Oscar-winning actress also has a daughter Isabella and son Connor with ex-husband Tom Cruise.
Kidman rarely talks about her marriage with Tom Cruise which lasted 11 years. But recently the big little lies actress gave a detailed insight interview to the Harper’s Bazaar in which she stated that maybe she was too young to understand her relationship, therefore, authorized the media to scrutinize it.
Nicole Kidman stated “I was young. I think I offered it up? Maybe I’ve gotten a bit more trepidatious, but I’m always trying to be as open as possible. I just prefer to live in the world that way.”
“I’m wary at times, and I’ve been hurt, but at the same time, I much prefer a warm approach rather than a prickly shutdown approach. My husband, Keith says that when he met me, he asked, how’s your heart and I responded ‘open’”
