Her looks also included a customized Victorian inspiration lace bridal grown, stated the caption. The picture of the 30-year-old fashion model shows her as an epitome of grace and elegance as she stuns in her dress. The wedding gown of Lady Kitty Spencer is also seen to be adorned by a high neck and an elongated veil.
The renowned designer also curated a number of other looks for Lady Kitty Spencer’s wedding day. One of their creations included an “illusion baby-blue tulle gown and cape embroidered with cross-stitched flowers.”
The socialite paired up the beautiful baby-blue dress with a diamond necklace made of pink gemstones, along with a matching set of earrings and rings. Dolce & Gabbana also took to Instagram to share a snippet of Lady Kitty Spencer trying out different dresses. According to the official Instagram handle of the Italian designer, a number of gowns had been exquisitely crafted to celebrate the real “joy of the occasion.”

The wedding of Lady Kitty Spencer, 30, to millionaire Michael Lewis, 62 comes a year and a half post engagement. While the two got engaged in January of 2020, the duo has been dating for more than two years, according to Harper’s Bazaar.
