The case of a Los Angeles model whose body was dumped outside a hospital by masked men who was later announced dead saw a new turn in the case.

The husband of the Los Angeles model has asked the prosecutors to upgrade the charges against the accused as murder charges.

37 years old David Pearce is arrested along with 42 years old Brandt Osborn and 47 years old Michael Ansbach on the suspicion of manslaughter as well as an accessory to manslaughter.

These three men are arrested on the charges of the deaths of Hilda Marcela Cabrales-Arzola and Christy Giles.

The husband of Christy Giles, Jan Cilliers stated “I’m kind of hoping they at least get charged with murder. I’m going to do what I can to get the most serious charges against them.”

Christy Giles was a 24 years old model hailing from Los Angeles along with interior designer friend Cabrales-Arzola hailing from Mexico. Both went to a party in a warehouse in the East Los Angeles area on 12th November but both ended up going to the place of someone they met at the party.

Another woman who was with them called it out and left the place in the wee hours of the night.

According to the husband of Giles, “he suspects that both women were drugged, and that too against their will.”

“It is believed that both women were given drugs and overdosed,” the LAPD said in a statement. “Based on the investigation, the LAPD is concerned that there could be other victims in our community who could have been drugged by one or more of these men.”

The toxicology report of the Carales-Arzola stated that there was heroin found in her body whereas the toxicology report of Christy Giles was not made public.

“It’s such a huge mystery why they went with these guys,” husband said. “We feel like they told the girls that they were going to some big after-party or something. Who knows what they told the girls to get them in the car.”

“My understanding is that these guys are expert con-men and manipulators,” he added and wants a detailed investigation to put murder charges against the suspects.
