Meghan Markle makes a comeback on the red carpet and that too in a ravishing way!
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle made a stunning appearance on the red carpet of the 2021 Salute to Freedom Gala held in New York City. The high-profile event was totally absconded by the beauty of Meghan Markle and her radiating red gown.
The Freedom Gala took place at the Intrepid Museum with high-profile attendees such as Jon Bon Jovi and military veterans for the service.
Meghan Markle wore a beautiful, scarlet red gown designed by Carolina Herrera which was just perfect for the night. It had a plunging neckline, complemented by a fitted waist and a long flowing train to follow. She had paired up her outfit with the perfect satin burgundy pumps by Giuseppe Zanotti.
The Duchess of Sussex opted to get her signature makeup style that is flushed cheeks and subtle Smokey eyes. She had made her hair up in a top knot bun.
Prince Harry complemented her well as he was dressed as handsomely as ever in a black tuxedo which oozed out grace.
Meghan Markle and Prince Harry were seen wearing red poppy flower pins, which were specially curated to mark Remembrance Day in the United Kingdom on 11th November.
Meghan also wore a $17,000 worth of Cartier bracelet owned by Princess Diana originally.
On the red carpet, Meghan was asked if she was proud of Prince Harry and her subtle reply was “I’m always proud of him.”
Prince Harry, who served in the British Army for almost 10 years was asked to give out medals for the Intrepid Valor awards to five serving members, military and veterans families who have been living under the shadow of “invisible wounds of war.”
The radiant dress that Meghan Markle wore was from the pre-fall collection of Carolina Herrera and was an instant hit among the ladies as the designer was bombarded with pee orders for the same dress. The pre-fall collection is scheduled to debut in stores in December.
