The bombshell has been dropped Worldwide! The first teaser of “Pam & Tommy” was released worldwide. The Hulu series is scheduled to be released on February 2, 2022 and will be circling the once real-life couple Pamela Anderson and Tommy Lee.
Lily James and Sebastian Stan are seen playing the title roles in “Pam & Tommy” and the resemblance to the real characters is too uncanny.
Hulu plans to release the first three episodes in February which will encircle the pair’s infamous sex tape leak scandal.
Pam & Tommy also have actors Nick Offerman, Andrew Dice Clay, Taylor Schilling, Spencer Granese, Mozhan Marno, and Pepi Sonuga in the supporting cast. The series is directed by the super talented director Craig Gillespie who is also known for his amazing work I, Tonya, and Cruella.
Hulu stated that Pam & Tommy is a “comedic limited series on the true story behind the release of the first-ever viral video in history – the sex tape of Pamela Anderson and Tommy Lee.”
The Rolling Stone magazine published a story in 2014 titled “untold story” which gave out the grave details about the infamous sex tape which was watched all over the world.
According to the reports, the tape was stolen from the house of the couple during a burglary by a disgruntled man, who also happened to be their electrician. He spread the tape and it went viral in no time with hundreds and thousands of copies being circulated across the globe in a time when there was no internet.
In the trailer, Seth Rogen is seen as the man who stole and distributed the sex tape along with Baywatch star Pamela Anderson played by Lily James, and Motley Crue drummer Tommy Lee played by Sebastian Stan.
The trailer showcases the couple facing the reality that their intimate moments are being circulated across the world and is available to everybody in public.
Stan says in the trailer “not a big deal to me? I’m on the tape, same as you.” James replies “no not like me you’re not.”
The series “Pam & Tommy” is anticipated to be a blockbuster hit just like the original leaked sex tape of Pamela Anderson and Tommy Lee.
