At least six people have died in a horrific accident on a Texas highway. The accident involved more than 100 vehicles. At least 36 people were injured in the accident.

Meanwhile, authorities in Kentucky have directed the people to stay home due to severe winter conditions. The Kentucky Governor has ordered the closing of state offices due to bad weather. He has declared a state of emergency.
