According to authorities, a shooter in Texas massacred 4 members of his family, including a kid, before fatally shooting himself as cops arrived.

According to Texas Police Chief Robert Johnson, one gunshot was reported overnight in Corsicana, which is approximately 50 miles south of Dallas, and the 2nd was found by officials in Frost, which is about 20 miles west of Corsicana.

Kevin Milazzo, 41, was identified as the suspect. William and Connie Mimms, Milazzo’s stepfather, 68, and mother, 61, were both slain. Other victims included the suspect’s son, 21, Joshua Milazzo, including Hunter Freeman, the suspect’s former girlfriend’s 4-year-old kid.

According to Johnson, two persons were also injured in the incident in Corsicana, while a third was injured in Frost. According to him, all three were in severe condition and were hospitalized. The identities of the wounded have not been revealed by authorities.

According to Johnson, the suspect’s car was tracked down using the GPS, and the police arranged for the monitoring agency to turn off the vehicle’s engine.

Officers approached the car and discovered the guy inside with a self-inflicted gunshot to the head, Johnson said, adding that the man died at a hospital. The alleged gunman’s identity has likewise not been revealed.
