One of the world’s largest retailers, Walmart, has announced its Black Friday 2021 sales for the second time in a row this year.
According to the sources, Walmart’s “Black Friday Deals for Days” will start in November and will remain for the whole month. Moreover, like last year, Walmart will have three different events of Black Friday 2021 sales online and in-store. Although this three-time event is a bit different from the traditional Black Friday sales by Walmart, breaking the traditions has become the part as Walmart will be closed on Thanksgiving this year as well. Last year was the first time since the 1980s that the shop was closed due to the pandemic.
Online Black Friday Sales 2021, the first phase, will go live on November 3 at 7:00 Pm ET while the in-store sales will begin at 5:00 Am on November 5th.
However, the Walmart+ membership program members will get special early access to order their favorite things four hours before the sales go live on November 3rd.
To get the membership for Walmart+ membership program buyers can apply for it. The cost for it is $98 if you pay per year and $12.95 if you wish to pay monthly. You will also get free delivery or shipping with no minimum order requirements attached.
The Chief customer officer at Walmart US, Janey Whiteside believes that Walmart+membership is “ the ultimate life hack for our customers.” Moreover, Walmart is “excited for our Walmart+ members to be first in line for the hottest Black Friday deals out there,” said Whiteside in a statement.
Although old members of the Walmart+ membership program will be getting early access, the ones who are currently on free trials will not have the same privilege.
Of the three-time event, the second event will start at 7:00 pm ET on November 10 on the online platform and on November 12th at 5:00 am in-stores. However, the dates for the third event are not disclosed yet but a statement by Walmart adds, “will wrap up a month of savings with a third event that will bring its biggest, best savings of the season for the most exciting shopping day of the year.”
